When you’re travelling or on holiday, your time is often taken up with visiting as many places as you can and eating and drinking too much. Then you flop into bed exhausted at the end of a long day. But what about taking some time out to recharge? If you’ve been working hard for a long time, then it makes sense to get still, breathe and let go of stress when you’re on holiday. Yoga in Santorini is a great way to relax and unwind during your break. (For more ideas on how to relax and unwind in Santorini click here)

A Unique Setting …

Caveland is a unique hostel located in a three hundred year old winery at the heart of Santorini. As you enter the property, you’re met with gardens filled with lemon, pomegranate and orange trees, trailing bougainvillea and an overwhelming sense that this is the place to take it easy.

Veronika Karac fell in love with yoga seven years ago in the Philippines and developed her practice in China. Consequently in 2012 she completed her teacher training in Spain, specialising in therapeutic yoga.
